Our standard payment terms are 30% non refundable deposit, a further 2 payments of 25% and a final payment of 20% - build time approximately 5 months. Fees are generally in the region of $2500, to include Lawyers fees, Land Registry fees, setting up of utilities and cable/satellite TV services. If you require a home telephone and broadband connection this can be arranged for an extra fee, as can water storage facilities and electricity generators (for emergencies). Our homes are unfurnished but can be furnished at your request. Our Thai Lawyers can also deal with all Visa Issues, Work Permits, Company Formation, opening of Bank Accounts and obtaining Driving Licences Etc. We already have plans to build a further site adjacent to this development and we intend to put a tennis court, a gymnasium, a restaurant and bar on site which would be open to all residents.
